I'm intrigued by this, but I thought tummo was an advanced practice requiring preparation and at least a highest yoga tantra empowerment. I'm curious what the experienced bon/dzogchen practitioners of this board think of this.

What does your intuition/heart's knowing suggest to you about this upcoming program and this particular mentor?
