Bon pre-Buddhist shamanism & Dzogchen

Bon is the shamanistic religion in Tibet before the arrival of Buddhism in the 7th century. Dzogchen is the modern version of ancient (going back possibly as far as 19,000 years) Bon. Dream yoga is just one aspect of the Bon religion.
